Dermatologist and Mohs surgery

Dr Justin Bui is an Australian-trained Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgery Specialist who completed a prestigious fellowship at St John’s Institute of Dermatology in London after finishing specialist dermatology training in Western Australia and graduating from medicine at the University of Western Australia.

During his training he was awarded the Postgraduate Medical Council of Western Australia’s Junior Doctor of the Year Award. He completed his dermatology specialist training at tertiary adult and paediatric hospitals in Western Australia, before embarking on dual post-training fellowships. He completed a fellowship in Medical Dermatology and Medical Education at the world renowned St John’s Institute of Dermatology at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in London, UK followed by an additional fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery for the precise treatment of skin cancers.

Alongside his private practice, he holds staff consultant dermatologist positions at Royal Perth Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital where he continues to contribute to the training of dermatology registrars and medical students.

He has presented at national and international conferences as well as published in international journals. He believes in providing evidenced based, holistic and patient-centred care. He currently holds the role of Secretary of the WA State Faculty of Australasian College of Dermatologists. He has previously served as a member of the Academic Research Committee, the Professional Standards Committee and the Guidelines Committee at the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

He has special interests in skin cancer management, procedural dermatology and inflammatory dermatoses (psoriasis, eczema, acne and immunobullous conditions).
